The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Rucker, U.S. Army, is seeking professional support services for the Organization and Personnel Force Development Directorate (OPFD). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Ft. Rucker - Scope of Work: - Contractor will provide Technical Analyst support services for OPFD - Support covers 14 Force Structure Life Cycle functions - Includes TDY travel, participation in stakeholder meetings, working groups, and tabletop exercises - Contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary - Contract Structure: - Firm Fixed Price contract - Base year plus four option years and an additional 8-month option period - Unique Requirements: - Personnel and facility security clearances required - Specific technical skills needed for analyst roles - May be set aside for small businesses - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Professional support services as Technical Analysts (no part numbers or quantities specified)

Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide professional support services for the Organization and Personnel Force Development Division (OPFD). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non- personal services necessary to perform as Technical Analysts.
