This is a Pre-Solicitation Announcement Only Construction requirement to Re-slurry and Re-stripe Bldg. 88 and 98 Parking Lots, VA McClellan OPC, McClellan Park, CA This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about October 05, 2026. The solicitation will contain all necessary Request for Quote (RFQ) instructions. This construction requirement will be solicited to all eligible SDVOSB Offerors and will be evaluated for price only. Quotes will only be requested and accepted from eligible contractors who are registered in SAM.GOV and SBA's VETCERT at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19 Million. No questions regarding this pre-solicitation will be answered. Potential offerors are reminded to check SAM.gov for any notices. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a contractor for the Re-slurry and Re-stripe Bldg. 88 and 98 Parking Lots requirement in accordance with the SOW, Drawings, Specifications, and additional documents located at 5342 Dudley Boulevard (Bldg. 98) and 5401 Arnold Avenue (Bldg. 88), McClellan Park, CA 95652.

The duration of this project is approximately 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. Any offers received from non-eligible contractors will not be considered nor accepted. Any quotes received prior to the solicitation being issued will not be considered nor accepted.
