This solicitation is for the Department of National Defence (DND) seeking one performance management consulting firm under Stream 2, Business Consulting Change Management Services. The contract duration is 24 months with two one-year option periods. The solicitation is open only to pre-qualified suppliers under the Task-Based Supply Arrangement (TSPS) Solution-Based E60ZT-16TSSB. Bidders must submit documents in either official language of Canada and the RFP documents will be emailed directly to qualified suppliers. The work location is the National Capital Region, performed on contractors' own premises.
