Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is seeking a Managing Contractor to provide program management and implementation services for the Economic and Technical Cooperation (ECOTECH) Program under the Canada-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). The contract involves managing the day-to-day operations, technical, operational, administrative, and implementation activities to support effective delivery of ECOTECH in accordance with governance arrangements and government policies. The contract duration is 24 months starting from December 1, 2026.
