This opportunity is for hospital-grade custodial services at Fort Belvoir Child Development and Youth Centers, managed by the U.S. Army Fort Belvoir Garrison. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Fort Belvoir Garrison - Scope of Services: - Hospital-grade custodial services across eight buildings (approx. 172,614 sq. ft.) - Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual cleaning tasks - Emergency cleaning services as needed - Quality control and compliance with safety and environmental standards - Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision - Background checks, health exams, and security compliance for staff - Use of approved cleaning products - Service hours primarily during center operation hours, with some tasks after hours - Non-personal service delivery - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are mentioned - The government may modify the contract to add/delete facilities or adjust service levels

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform custodial services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Part 5 except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.  The Contractor shall perform custodial services in accordance with the PWS and the technical exhibits (T.E.s). Caliber of the cleaning service desired will be specified as hospital grade quality. During performance of the contract the Government reserves the right to add or delete facilities and/or the level of services required. A modification to the contract will be executed to incorporate these changes.
