In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.3, Synopses of Contract Awards, the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), has awarded a sole source purchase order to ELLIPTIC INC, 1632 1ST AVE # 23346, NEW YORK, US, 10028-4305, UEI: 987654321, for the procurement of Elliptic’s Data Fabric and Investigative Toolkit. The total award value is $250,000.00, which is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

ELLIPTIC INC was determined to be the only responsible source capable of providing the required toolkit due to providing cross-chain intelligence, proprietary Xinbi attribution, and investigative support.
