The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, is seeking to lease retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center in Woodland, California. - Requirement overview: - Full service lease for retail office space - Space must be between 1,700 and 1,739 rentable square feet (RSF) - Location must be within Woodland city limits - Lease term not to exceed five years - Parking and access: - Designated on-site parking for up to five government vehicles - Parking must be available 24/7 - Submission requirements: - Respondents must provide building name and address - Location and size of available space (RSF and USF) - Date space will be available - Proposed rental rate per RSF - Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent the owner - No specific OEMs or vendors are involved, as this is a real estate lease procurement - Unique requirements: - 24/7 parking for government vehicles - Strict size and location parameters for the space

Description

The U.S. Government is seeking a full service lease for retail office space with the following requirements:

A minimum of 1,700 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 1,739 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center Total initial lease term shall not exceed five (5) years. Located within a defined delineated area: City Limits of Woodland, CA Designated on-site parking for up to five (5) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis 

Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.  

Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.

Submission Requirements

Interested respondents must submit the following:

Building  name and address Location of available space within the building Rentable square feet (RSF) and Usable square feet (USF) offered Date space will be available Proposed rental rate per RSF Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent owner

Responses are due no later than 06:00 PM PT on 7 October 2026. Responses received after the stated deadline may not be considered.

The Government intends to conduct a competitive procurement and issue a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) to respondents whose properties are determined by the Government to meet the minimum requirements stated herein.
