In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.3, Synopses of Contract Awards, the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), has awarded a sole source purchase order to FOSTER & FREEMAN USA INC, 20145 ASHBROOK PL, STE 190 ASHBURN, VA, 20147-3373, UEI: LC1TJNRE6KX7, for the procurement of specialized office furniture. The total award value is $146,122.61, which is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. FOSTER & FREEMAN USA INC was determined to be the only responsible source capable of providing the required furniture due to compatibility with existing office systems and proprietary design specifications.
