Description

The City of Toledo Fire & Rescue Department is soliciting bids from qualified software providers to furnish, configure, implement, host, support, and maintain a comprehensive, web-based Fire Prevention inspection and compliance management system with integrated payment collection. The system will consolidate multiple software applications into one unified platform to perform Fire Prevention Bureau functions including inspection record management, third-party inspection compliance reporting, deficiency management, billing, permit administration, fire watch management, mapping, communications, analytics, and reporting. The contract duration is one year with up to three one-year renewals. Bids must be submitted electronically via the City of Toledo's PlanetBids website.
