This solicitation is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract with responders to provide janitorial maintenance equipment and repair parts for the Minnesota Department of Administration, Facilities Management Division, and other State agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members on an as-needed basis. The equipment includes vacuums, extractors, blowers, shampooers, sweepers, burnishers, automatic scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, disinfecting sprayers and foggers, electrostatic sprayers and foggers, and related consumable repair parts and accessories. Brands on the current contract include Trident, Tennant, Tornado, Nacecare, Square Scrub, Kaivac, Minutman, Multi-Clean, Clorox, Betco, IPC Eagle, Graco, Crusader, and Proteam. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by October 9, 2026, 3:00 PM CDT.
