NOAA's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is seeking information from vendors for a cloud-hosted Mobile Device Management (MDM) Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. - Government Buyer: - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) - Products/Services Requested: - Approximately 3,500 core MDM SaaS licenses for managing Apple (iOS/iPadOS/macOS), Google (Android/ChromeOS), and Microsoft (Windows 10/11) devices - Option for 3,500 Mobile Threat Management (MTM) SaaS licenses for malware detection and automated remediation - Provision or option for a Technical Account Manager (Consultant On Demand) for Tier 3 support and consultancy - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Solution must be FedRAMP Authorized and maintain a FISMA Authority to Operate (ATO) - Must support Tier 0 self-service portals and remote device management - Service must be able to support federal-led migration and ongoing operations - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the opportunity is open to all qualified providers - Anticipated contract structure is Firm-Fixed-Price with a Base Year plus four Option Years

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the procurement of licenses for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) Mobile Device Management (MDM) cloud hosted service. The goal is to manage multiple Operating System (OS) platforms and devices across the NOAA enterprise.

NOAA requires information regarding an end-to-end SaaS solution to manage multiple Operating System (OS) platforms across the enterprise. - License Volume: Approximately 3,500 core MDM licenses. - Optional Volume: Information on an option for an equal amount (3,500) of Mobile Threat Management (MTM) licenses. - Core Platforms: Management of Apple (iOS/iPadOS/macOS), Google (Android/ChromeOS), and Microsoft (Windows 10/11). - Security Standard: The solution must be FedRAMP Authorized and maintain a FISMA Authority to Operate (ATO). - Contract Structure: Anticipated Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Order with a Base Year plus four (4) Option Years. - Provide or option for a Technical Account Manager (Consultant On Demand)
