The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for a new pre-action clean agent fire suppression system in the server room at ATOD located at 1918 SE Hulsizer Rd, Ankeny, IA 50021. The project involves design and oversight of the implementation of the system within a server room approximately 1,000 square feet in size, with existing raised floor and ACT ceilings. The existing water-based sprinkler system will remain in place. The contract will be a modified ConsensusDoc 803, and firms involved in the design services cannot receive awards for the construction services.
