Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has announced an updated schedule of standard administrative fees for routinely requested records related to non-program information. These fees are intended to recover the full costs of providing information and related services for purposes not directly related to the administration of a program under the Social Security Act. The updated fee schedule applies to requests received on or after October 1, 2026, and includes fees for copying electronic and paper folders, certifications, record extracts, and other specific document requests.
