Description

The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for the partial roof replacement of 12,260 square feet at the Hoover Building. The project includes removing the existing ballasted roofing system and installing a fully adhered EPDM roofing system, removing abandoned rooftop equipment and associated items, and resetting existing roof drains and grates to accommodate the new roofing system and maintain proper drainage. The contract will be a modified ConsensusDoc 803. The selected firm must be qualified, licensed in Iowa, and able to complete the work efficiently and timely.
