Description

Bryan ISD is soliciting sealed proposals for an "on call contractor" on an "as-needed" basis to provide refrigeration services throughout the District. The services include maintenance and repair for equipment under the School Nutrition Services or CTE Departments, such as walk-in refrigerators, walk-in coolers, stand-alone refrigerators, pass-thru freezers, ice machines, milk coolers, and culinary arts equipment. The initial contract term is from October 6, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal for three additional one-year terms. Vendors must submit proposals by October 6, 2026, and are required to provide attachments including a vendor packet, certificate of liability, and Form 1295.
