Description

This solicitation is for expressions of interest (EOI) only for the upgrade of the gymnasium facilities at John Jay College Haaren Hall. The project scope includes removal and replacement of existing wood flooring with new maple hardwood flooring, painting new court markings and the college logo, replacing wall protection padding, aluminum cladding, selective door and frame replacements, new telescoping bleachers with power, and new receptacles and outlets in the main gymnasium floor box. The estimated cost range for the scope of work is $2,500,000 to $2,700,000. Qualified contractors will be invited to bid after evaluation of submitted qualification packages.
