This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes.  Solicitation, 36C24626Q0824, will be issued on or about 21 September 2026 as a Small Business Set-Aside.  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem VA Medical Center, located at 1970 Roanoke Blvd, Salem VA 24513 has a requirement for Kereci-Marigen Fenestrated (Skin Grafts) Period of Performance will be for a base and four option years.
