Description

This Request for Proposal aims to establish a contract for masonry restoration and cleaning services, including all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary. The contract will serve all State Agencies, Boards, Commissions, and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members, with services requested on an as-needed basis. Work on monuments or structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places or within historic districts is excluded. The contract term is from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2028, with an option to extend up to 36 months, and the estimated contract value ranges from $406,000 to $497,000 for one year.
