Description

The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT), in partnership with the Department of Corrections (DOC), Fiscal and Administrative Services Division, seeks to implement a secure, scalable solution supporting the full lifecycle of surveys and assessments for Incarcerated Persons (IPs) housed within Minnesota Correctional Facilities (MCFs). The solution must enable DOC to design, distribute, and manage surveys; collect responses; and automatically score responses based on DOC-defined algorithms. It should provide flexible reporting capabilities for DOC staff to analyze and download results. Additionally, the solution should integrate with the DOC's Operations Management System (OMS) to securely ingest structured data related to an IP's status, history, or profile, evaluate it through internal scoring algorithms, and produce analytical outputs and reports with role-based access control to protect sensitive data.
