Description

The Infrastructure Renewal Program (IRP) is an annual program intended to maintain the life and operation of municipal watermain and sewer infrastructure at an acceptable performance level. The scope of each project varies in length and infrastructure components which require rehabilitation or replacement. In most cases, full road reconstruction will be part of the overall project. This solicitation is a Request for Pre-Qualification for consulting engineering services related to the IRP, with a duration of 36 months.
