The State of Oregon, through its Department of Administrative Services, provides public notice of its intent to participate in and enter into one or more Participating Addenda under awarded Master Agreements from solicitation number 99SWC-3474 by the State of Nevada for Electronic Monitoring Products and Services. This cooperative procurement aims to establish Master Agreements with qualified vendors to provide electronic monitoring products and services to participating states. The initial term of the Master Agreements is two years with options to renew for up to six years. The State of Oregon intends to award Participating Addenda for use by state agencies and ORCPP members, potentially with multiple awardees.
