The City of Cleveland is seeking qualified providers to implement culturally relevant, evidence-based Out of School Time (OST) programs in six Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Centers (NRRCs). The focus is on esports and career exploration for youth aged 8-18, with sessions scheduled from Fall 2026 to Summer 2027, spanning 38 weeks citywide.
