Description

The City of Sacramento is seeking a qualified firm to serve as the Independent Research, Evaluation, and Learning Partner (RELP) for the CalVIP Cohort 5 Community-Led Intervention and Incident Response (CLIIR) Project. The selected evaluator will provide research, evaluation, data analysis, performance measurement, technical assistance, reporting, and related services as detailed in the solicitation's Attachment 4. The project aims to reduce firearm violence and improve safety outcomes among youth and young adults in specific Sacramento neighborhoods through a coordinated violence prevention framework involving multiple community-based organizations. The contract budget is not to exceed $325,000, and the bid response must be submitted electronically by October 6, 2026.
