Proposals must be submitted electronically through MEA's ShareFile site by 4:00 PM Alaska Standard Time on Friday, October 23, 2026. A pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and questions are due by Tuesday, October 6, 2026. MEA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals and to cancel or modify the project as needed.
