The City of Casa Grande, Arizona, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction services for the City Hall Stucco Repairs and Paint Project. The project involves repairing deteriorated, cracked, damaged, or otherwise deficient exterior stucco surfaces at City Hall and restoring the exterior painted finishes.
