Description
The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals from established Instrumentation Service companies to provide routine maintenance and calibration services for the D.E. Benton Water Treatment Plant (DEB). The services include maintenance and calibration of instrumentation listed in Exhibit A at specified frequencies, with weekly and monthly cleaning duties outlined in Exhibit B. Calibration must adhere to NIST Traceable standards or those defined by equipment manufacturers or the City of Raleigh. The contractor must employ ISO17025 Accredited Field Service Engineers or personnel certified and trained by the equipment manufacturers or with extensive experience on the listed devices. The solicitation prohibits electronic bid submissions and requires adherence to submission instructions in the attachments.
