Description

This solicitation is for the purchase of asphaltic concrete and cold patch materials to be furnished to the City of Winston-Salem. The contract includes the possibility of two additional 12-month extensions. Bidders must submit sealed proposals by 10:00 AM on October 7, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and requires compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
