The City of Moncton is seeking a professional, qualified, and experienced contractor to perform demolition and removal of the former Codiac Regional RCMP Detachment located at 520 Main Street, Moncton, NB. The work includes demolition of all foundations, structures, architectural components, mechanical and electrical systems, site features, and associated appurtenances. The scope also covers removal, abandonment, capping, or relocation of municipal services such as water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems, coordination with NB Power for electrical connections and disconnections, disposal of demolished materials at approved facilities, and site restoration including sediment and erosion control.
