Description
Sealed bids are being solicited by Westmoreland County for Toxicology Laboratory Services. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller by 2:00 P.M. on October 27, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. the same day. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders must follow all instructions in the bid specifications and submit an original and two copies of the complete bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name and the designation: BID – TOXICOLOGY LABORATORY SERVICES.
