Description
The City of Casa Grande is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and complete construction services for the City Hall Stucco Repairs and Paint Project. The project involves repairing deteriorated, cracked, damaged, or otherwise deficient exterior stucco surfaces at City Hall and restoring the exterior painted finishes. The work aims to protect the building exterior, correct visible deterioration, improve the facility's appearance, and extend the service life of the exterior finishes while maintaining City Hall operations during construction. The selected CMAR will work directly with the City's Facilities Supervisor throughout pre-construction and construction phases.
