The City of Casa Grande, Arizona, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and complete construction services for the Casa Grande Aquatics Complex. The project involves the construction of an aquatics facility featuring a heated recreational and competitive swimming pool along with other amenities such as water slides, ramada spaces, picnic patio, family pool with zero-depth entry, lazy river, and/or spray playground.
