The project involves upgrading the fire alarm and emergency lighting systems to meet DOB and FDNY codes, including installation of carbon monoxide detectors, magnetic/electric door release devices, elevator recall smoke detectors, and compliance with 2014 NYC Building Code and NFPA 72-2016.
