Description

This solicitation is for the redevelopment of the landscape at the base of Scott Tower. The scope of work includes demolition, cast-in-place cement concrete stairs and ramps, repairs to existing concrete slab, stone masonry and repointing, integral colored and stamped concrete pavement, bituminous concrete pavement, installation of hand railings and guard rails, landscaping, removal and replacement of a spiral staircase, and graffiti removal.
