Description

The Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) is soliciting proposals from qualified telecommunications contractors on Massachusetts Statewide Contract ITT85, Categories 2, 7, and 9. The selected contractor will supply, provision, fully install, and test a unified Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone system to replace the current system, including integration and training. The installation is to be completed within 2 months from contract execution, with a project completion date no later than January 16, 2028. The estimated contract value is not to exceed $100,000 over a five-year period.
