The scope includes variable depth milling, deep patching, and overlay of approximately 2.703 miles on 9 streets, full depth reclamation of approximately 19,680 square yards on 3 streets, and application of thermoplastic traffic stripe and pavement markings. The contractor is responsible for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, services, and traffic control. Work must be completed within 180 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.
