This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to select one proponent to enter into a contract with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (PavCo) to assist in renewing its strategic plan for 2027 and beyond. The consultant(s) should have experience assisting crown corporations with regulatory mandates in developing strategies to generate economic and community benefits through prudent management of public facilities.
