Description

This solicitation is for the construction of approximately 4,450 metres of 250mm diameter HDPE water supply pipeline using trenchless methods and associated works. The pipeline will connect the Cartier Regional Water Treatment Plant near St. Eustache to the existing water distribution system in the community of St. Eustache. The project includes an encased provincial road crossing and a provincial waterway crossing. Construction is planned to be staged in fall 2026 and spring 2027 and coordinated with upgrades to the water treatment plant under a separate contract.
