Description

The Sir Sandford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology is seeking qualified contractors for the demolition of existing cooling equipment and the installation, start-up, commissioning, and warranty support of two owner-supplied data room chillers and two owner-supplied dry coolers at the Sutherland Campus in Peterborough, Ontario. The project includes mechanical, electrical, rigging, rooftop hoisting, controls-related work, testing, balancing, commissioning support, and all associated services required to place the equipment into operation. Work must be staged to maintain continuous cooling operations throughout construction within an active College facility housing critical IT infrastructure. Coordination of all trades and subcontractors is required to complete the project according to engineering drawings and specifications.
