Vulcan County is seeking proposals for a 2027 Tandem Axle Tractor with Eaton 18 Speed Manual Shift. Proposals on new equipment will be accepted. Sealed hard copy proposals must be submitted to the Director of Operations by October 2nd, 2026, at 9:00 am at the Vulcan County Public Works shop in Alberta. This is a Request for Proposals and not an Invitation to Tender, with the County reserving the right to accept or reject any and all RFPs and consider factors beyond price such as experience and safety record. The contract duration is approximately 3 months starting January 1, 2027.
