This solicitation is for a Waste Characterization Study funded in whole or in part with Solid Waste Infrastructure for Recycling Grant (SWIFR) funds. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, mandating that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used must be produced in the United States unless a waiver is approved. Proposers must have a Unique Entity ID and register with SAM.gov before the proposal due date or before an agreement can be executed.
