Caldwell County, Texas is seeking to enter into an agreement with a qualified individual, firm, or corporation with substantial and relevant experience to provide Master Development Services. The services are related to proposed improvements and/or expansion of county facilities. The solicitation requires submission of a Statement of Qualifications by 2:00 p.m. central time on October 1st, 2026.
