This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals for Parking Infrastructure Operations and Management Services to establish regional and/or national contract solutions under Canadian trade agreements. The services include parking facility operations, revenue management, staffing, enforcement, maintenance, safety, data reporting, and equipment acquisition. The contract term is four years starting February 3, 2027, with possible extensions.
