Description

This solicitation is for providing upgrades to most of the existing signage in Concourses C and D, as well as select signage in the central terminal, north and south tunnels, and Concourses B and E at Portland International Airport. The work includes replacement of existing signage with new signage, including select signs with digital components; providing signage in new locations; structural, electrical, and technology work associated with the new signage; and repair and restoration of existing finishes where signs are removed but not replaced, or where new signs vary in size from existing signs. An additive alternate for providing additional signage may be awarded at the sole option of the Port. Bids must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids by October 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on September 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
