The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) is soliciting bids for the 2027 Milling and Resurfacing Project, which includes maintenance of traffic, erosion control, demolition of existing paver and concrete headers, milling and resurfacing, signage, pavement markings, and patterned pavement installation. The project covers milling and resurfacing of Bonnet Creek Parkway, Hotel Plaza Blvd., and adjoining roadways with milling depths from 1.5" to 5" and specified asphalt courses. It also involves removal and replacement of crosswalks, concrete headers, and pavers with colored asphalt patterned pavement, with coordination required to maintain accessibility at resort entrances.
