The Regional Municipality of Peel on behalf of Peel Housing Corporation o/a Peel Living requires services for interior stair handrails and railings remediation and associated works at Middleton Way. The scope includes selective demolition of existing balusters, posts, and extruded PVC handrail covers; supply and installation of new steel Newell posts and related components; refastening of loose balusters and wall brackets; reinstatement of extruded PVC handrail covers; painting and finishing of new and affected metal components; and making good adjacent finishes with specified paint color.
