Dallas College is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified and experienced firms to establish a pool of firms to provide professional Fire Protection Engineering Services on an as-needed, on-call basis. The contract term is one year with the option for four additional one-year renewals, not to exceed five years total. Dallas College may award contracts to one or more service providers from the pool based on demonstrated competence and qualifications. The services include design, preparation of plans and specifications, and potentially construction administration as specified in the agreement.
