The University of Minnesota is requesting proposals for construction services to perform excavation and sitework activities for an environmental remediation project at UMore Park in Rosemount, MN. The project includes two primary work locations: the Gopher Ordnance Works (GOW) Burning Grounds site and the 154th St. Dump site. Phase 1 involves excavating impacted soils from the GOW Burning Grounds and relocating them to the 154th St. Dump site for temporary stockpiling.
