Description

The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is soliciting proposals from attorneys to advise and represent the OAG and its client agencies and institutions in suits arising from automobile liability matters under the Commonwealth of Virginia Public Liability Risk Management Plan. The Division of Risk Management (DRM) provides risk management plans for state agencies, local constitutional officers, and local governments, and assigns counsel for litigation under certain plans. Counsel assigned will be responsible for all aspects of case defense, including appeals, coordinating with DRM as necessary. The solicitation is open with a closing date of October 12, 2026.
