Description
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualification from qualified firms to provide architectural, design, and engineering services on an on-call, as-needed Task Order basis under a General Engineering Contract (GEC). The services support capital planning and transition to design and construction for a broad range of transportation infrastructure and facility work, including feasibility studies, asset inspections, condition assessments, life-cycle cost analyses, value engineering studies, permitting assessments, project scoping, preliminary engineering, project charters, conceptual and pre-design services, and asset management planning. The contract duration is 36 months with options for two 12-month extensions, and contract ceilings vary by tier from $3,750,000 to $10,000,000.
