The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking Design-Build firms to provide professional design and construction services for the replacement of the Air Traffic Control Tower at Tampa International Airport. The project involves designing and constructing a new ATCT using progressive Design-Build methodology, coordinating with the FAA which will manage electronic and operational systems. The new tower will be located at Site 18C near the Main Terminal complex, with construction completion targeted for March 1, 2029.
